Charcuterie Workshop

  • $450 flat rate for up to 6 guests.
    +$55 per additional guest

    During the 2 hour workshop, each guest will work with a selection of pre-portioned meats and cheeses and a variety of accompaniments to complement the main ingredients.  Learn new technique and the art of balancing flavor and style. Each board will be uniquely yours.

    Each board will consist of 4oz of cheese and 4 oz of meat, fruit, crackers, sweets, and a variety of accompaniments

    • Tools: Cutting Board, knives, tongs, boards, trays

    • A professional to lead the event including seasonal or themed presentation techniques

    • An inviting, friendly atmosphere allowing folks to truly relax and enjoy themselves

    • Staffing is included for the minimum guest count. Additional staff may be required for larger guest counts to ensure service quality and food safety.
